Persons with disability (PWDs) are considered as vulnerable members of the households and communities, and whose needs have to be considered in the design and delivery of services, including sanitation. Of the total population surveyed, 292 claim to have disabilities, which is equivalent to 8.12%.

About 2% are blind, 1.22% have only one leg/no legs, 0.89% have only one hand/no hands, and 0.78% are deaf/mute. Figure 3.12 shows the details of the PWDs.
